Potatoe Recipe: Whidbey Farm Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes


What you need:


- 2 lbs fresh Whidbey Farm & Market potatoes, washed and quartered

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tsp dried rosemary

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


How to make it:


Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
